Juneathon Day 13

The 13th day of Juneathon was a bit of a disaster:

  • My computer containing all of my most recent thesis corrections suddenly stopped working. Luckily I have 90 per cent of my work saved on my laptop, but I suspect getting it fixed will cost ££££ out of my trainers fund.
  • I was unable to get to parkrun or any of the other awesome looking events taking place over the weekend. Although I love reading race reviews and looking at medal photos, I miss not being able to enter races #FOMO
  • I dropped a bottle of white wine. It broke and made an epic mess #disaster

My foot was still not quite right so I decided to do a 30-minute stair session. Although my stair sessions don’t really feel like ‘proper’ exercise, by the time I had finished I looked like Larry the Lobster.

In the evening I watched the Diamond League athletics. While watching the athletics, I slowly worked my way through a bottle of red wine. In the spirit of slightly dubious Juneathon workouts, I made sure that both my arms got an equal amount of exercise.
