Thanks Maria! Last year I stopped to help an injured runner so my time was quite slow. I was hoping that my bladder was tricking me into thinking I needed the toilet, for once it wasn’t!

I always need the toilet before races but I really hate public toilets and would avoid a portaloo at all costs- normally it is just psychological though so once I get running I am OK.
