Thanks for taking the time to read and to comment on my blog.
I've been riding at least twice a month which is definite progress. I just need to build my confidence (and invest in some padded cycling shorts).

Thanks for taking the time to read and to comment on my mountain biking blog.
Getting my bike correctly fitted made a huge difference.
I'm still incredibly nervous and feel like I'm about to fall off 99% of the time!
Good luck with your future adventures as well!

I’ve just returned from riding in Sutton Park. I’m still incredibly nervous and spend most of the time feeling like I’m not completely in control of my bike. I can imagine riding a bike with the brakes stuck on would be a little challenging!
I love reading Tess’s blog and watching her cycling videos. She’s so brave!

I'm not the one to ask about cycling as I am fairly nervous about it now- I used to cycle all the time before I passed my driving test, but my bike has a problem where the brakes are stuck on, which of course makes it very hard work. I need to take it to a shop and get it sorted but that's been on my list for a few years now!
If you ever read the blog Fit bits there are lots of bike tips on there, as Tess (who is also a runner) does loads of biking on trails and things.
