Thanks for the donation! I loved all your holiday photos and must admit seeing the lake photos made me feel a little jealous. It’s a shame I know a little too much about the River Thames, if I didn’t I’d be straight in there after my runs cooling down.

Thanks Maria, I’m not sure these blogging ‘awards’ mean very much but it’s always nice to get a bit of recognition.
The runr top is lovely. I can’t see it selling out so hopefully you’ll be able to buy one once the plumbing problem is sorted out.
Thanks to my housemates, I had to wait almost two hours for my post-run shower last night. It was so warm and humid I was still sweating and found it impossible to cool down. If anything, I felt warmer after my shower. Not ideal.

I keep being tempted by that runr top but there is a plumbing problem at home so trying to save funds for that too, such a battle.
No idea on how to cool down after a run- I have found that I need to wait for a bit before getting in the shower, otherwise when I get back out I’ll still be sweating to cool down, even if it’s a cold one.
