How random about your wrist. Hope it feels better soon.
I sometimes feel bad for the amount of tourism I'm doing at the moment with parkrun as I used to help all the time at my home one... but I've done a lot of volunteering in my time so I don't feel *too* bad. All those cold mornings setting the course up! Of course if they really did need people though I'd be there.
Well done for your runs. Sounds like you're getting back into it. The weather is so nice at the moment too!
I'm curious about toilet roll running out due to Brexit though and now slightly panicking!

I hope your wrist feels better soon - I sometimes wake up with a bad shoulder and I think it's from how I sleep, but it can be really painful all day.
I think our local parkruns are usually OK as they have strong links to lots of local running clubs, but I think it can be the same people over and over again (but then we also have a lot of people who volunteer who don't want to run- ever, so that helps in that way I suppose).
