Yes...one pint seems to lead to three/four pints.
I've sold loads and had a mega clear out. It's definitely a 'win win' I've got more space and more money. Only a few more bits and pieces to sell.
I'm terrible after my long runs. Sensible runners re-fuel after longer runs, I tend to have a pint of water and then head back to bed.
Keeping a weekly training plan in this format is quite useful as it gives me something to look back on. It also means I compare my current training with previous training sessions.

Great plan going off alcohol for a while. Alcohol triggers more alcohol.

Love how you're selling all those extra running clothes I read about last time I visited.

I suspect you felt crappy after running 70 minutes because you needed fuel/carbs. Your glycogen stores get low after about that long, and you need to eat before then.

Love the format of this - a weekly training plan and journal. Have a great weekend!

Thanks! Yes, the warm weather isn't good for all the wildlife either- I saw a butterfly yesterday and so I do wonder if things come out early they will die when it gets back to normal temperatures.

Congratulations on your half marathon, it did look quite warmer down in Brighton. The fog took a long time to clear on Sunday, it made everything look really spooky. I am a little concerned about the recent record-breaking weather, I'm preparing the water situation report for my area next week, if it doesn't rain soon, we could be in for a difficult summer.

The photos you shared looked amazing, I can't wait to read about all it. Carsington Water is one of 'my' old sites, I was busy trying to work out how full it looked. I didn't realise they have a half marathon there, I may enter next year if I haven't broken myself this year.

I was in Brighton this weekend and there was no fog- it was weird seeing photos from my local parkruns all foggy whereas I had bright sunshine the whole time. It felt more like the Easter holidays than February- not good for climate change but nice for everyone's moods.

I was in the Peak District this weekend and the mist made everything look very spooky but beautiful.
Oh dear about the wheelie bin! I mean, it could have been worse... it could have been a bench and taken your legs out or a lamppost!
