There are wild ponies and also cows in Sutton Park at the moment. The wild ponies aren’t as wild as they should be because they’ve got so used to people. The cows are only in the park for a few months every year and are far more unpredictable than the wild ponies. The cows seem to enjoy walking along parts of the parkrun route, it’s always funny watching runners giving them a wide berth.
