I’ve read Running with the Kenyans and agree it’s a great book. I’ve now got another eight running books waiting to be read.

I loved the Adventure books but did find them a little scary in places; the Mountain of Adventure was my favourite. Also the Castle of Adventure? I need to look into audiobooks. I’ve got a pile of eight books waiting to be read. I only tend to read when I go to bed which is good in theory. Unfortunately, the reality is that every time I start reading in bed I seem to fall asleep.

The Malory Towers books were more my mum’s cup of tea. I loved the Famous Five and Enid Blyton’s “Adventure” books. I haven’t read a book in a few years, I fell in love with audiobooks instead.
