Writing this has remined me that I still have some Fizzy Foot Foam left. I love the aroma of lavender; it instantly reminds me of home. 

I’m not sure if it’s better to have hard skin to protect feet or not. I do remember an old running coach telling me that I needed to toughen up my feet for running. I&#039;m not sure why as I don&#039;t recall having issues with blisters. Surgical spirit was mentioned.]]></description>
