					<description><![CDATA[Never worked out how much I spend and unlikely to. Running keeps me sane and any capital cost is insignificant compared to the benefits. Plenty of people spend much more on drink and drugs of all kinds. I really wouldn’t worry. 

Though on the other hand I do resent being fleeced huge sums of money from some race organisers to run where I can run for free on the other 364 days 20 hours of the year. But I vote with my trainers.]]></description>
