I like shorts or leggings with drop pockets. And a zip pocket for a house key. I tried a flip belt but pockets are just easier to use. 
Podcasts- with me now and parkrun adventurers for parkrun, Elis and John for bbc radio chat, rest is entertainment, they like to watch for tv updates.]]></description>
