I’m really embracing my slightly longer than scheduled taper. The River Thames almost looks presentable first thing in the morning. It wasn’t looking very scenic yesterday morning.]]></description>

Thanks, I’m definitely enjoying my extra long taper. I’ll be able to really relax once I’ve got tomorrow’s six mile run done and dusted. I’ve got everything crossed I don’t pick up any more niggles between now and next Sunday.]]></description>
