In reply to <a href="https://thephdrunner.com/2018/02/26/cambridge-half-marathon-training-week-11/#comment-1076">Maria @ Maria Runs</a>.

Thanks Maria. I’m writing this while watching the snow falling and wondering if I’ll be able to get to Cambridge tomorrow morning. It’s definitely going to be a cold one! If I do make it to Cambridge, I’ll keep a look out for you. The snow and ice in Wallingford have prevented me from running all week so I’m definitely very, very well tapered. If I don’t see you, good luck for Sunday!

Thanks AJ. I’m obsessively checking the trains and weather forecasts as I’m not 100% certain I’ll be able to get from Sutton Coldfield to Cambridge tomorrow. Wallingford is really nice; it’s just a shame there is so little to do there! I can’t wait for the summer as there are some amazing riverside running routes.

Thanks. I’m writing this while watching the snow and wondering if I’ll be able to get to Cambridge tomorrow. I’ll be gutted if the race goes ahead and I’m stuck in Sutton Coldfield!

I did a running gear stock take and worked out I own enough gear to last me a lifetime. I managed to get through all of last year without breaking the ban. Having said that, I did treat myself to a Run Wallingford t-shirt yesterday.
