I CAN RUN AGAIN!!

I didn’t get chance to update this blog yesterday.

I saw the physio and…

I CAN START RUNNING AGAIN ON THURSDAY!!

I’ve got to monitor my right foot and not do loads of miles too soon but what great news!

I’ll hopefully make it to running club for the first time in years and parkrun on Saturday.
