Like all bloggers, I receive a lot of press releases. Unfortunately, the vast majority are not relevant to my blog and get deleted. I also receive invites to events I can’t attend and information about running products I’m unable to review.
A couple of weeks ago I was asked if I’d be willing to promote a new running event in London; the Yes to Life 10k. I agreed.
The Yes to Life 10k
The Yes to Life 10k race will take place on Sunday 24th September in Victoria Park, London.
Grab your running shoes and sign up to the first ever 10k race organised by the cancer charity – Yes to Life, in London’s fabulous Victoria Park. What better way to spend a Sunday morning, running with like-minded people in beautiful surroundings, while also supporting a wonderful cause that makes a real difference to people’s lives.
The ultra-flat course on tarmac surfaces is easy for beginners and offers great PB potential for more experienced runners. With a certified 10k course and chip-timing for accurate finish times, you can be sure of accurate results, whatever your target. The race is limited to only 250 places and costs £30 to enter (£28 for affiliated runners).
For more detailed information please visit the dedicated race website.
Registration is available here.
